For training and monitoring purposes we now record all telephone calls on numbers 675490 and 698367 and we will store these for a period of 30 days. The recordings are automatically deleted. 13.6.18
EMIS Patient Access is currently experiencing technical issues. Whilst this is being resolved please email in your prescription requests and state which pharmacy you would like us to send it to or if you will collect yourself. A gentle reminder that you need to complete our consent form if you wish anyone else to collect your prescription for you
Despite the message on your APP states to contact your GP surgery, this is an EMIS technical issue and there is nothing we can do to resolve this for you. We will advise here when the issues are resolved.
This is the new General Data Protection Regulations that comes into effect on Friday 25th May 2018. It replaces the previous Data Protection Act and gives you as the Data Subject far more control over the use and retention of your data.
You will be asked for your consent before information is shared with third party health professionals, ie District Nursing or Podiatry.

If you would like anyone other than yourself to collect your prescriptions, sick notes, test results, letters etc you will need to complete a consent form, again uploaded, and return it to the Practice. We will not hand over any patient identifying information to a third party unless we have this consent.
